WISE Additive is 100% natural, multifunctional additive made from grape pomace. Grape pomace is a by-product made from the winemaking process and is mainly comprised of skins and seeds. In the world, more than 13 million metric tons of grape pomace are being produced and unused annually. Although this grape pomace is rich in dietary fiber, natural food coloring ingredients, vitamins and antioxidants it remains unused and wasted.
